Allison Gottlieb BS, CVT, VTS(ECC)

Alison graduated from Towson State University with a bachelors degree in animal behavior. She earned certification in emergency and critical care in 2000. She has served on several boards for AVECCT as well as AAFP. Alison is a co-owner of Four Paws Consulting LLC, an education based consulting company. Over the years Alison has published and lectured extensively as well as published a chapter on analgesia in the ICU. She is RECOVER and Fear Free certified. Her favorite topics are anything feline related with a passion for chronic pain and low stress handling. In the clinic you can find her favorite activities are supplying lots of treats and catnip to her patients. In her free time she enjoys spending time outside with her beloved sidekick (a pitbull named Eli) and her cats.
