Kristie Garcia LVT VTS(Cardiology)

After graduating with an animal science degree and passing the VTNE in 2001, Kristie gained experience in GP before moving to an academic position in Cardiology. It was in this position she learned of her love of Cardiology and of teaching. She currently works at Garden State Veterinary Specialists in NJ in the Cardiology department. Her favourite aspects of Cardiology are being in the catheter lab and editing holters. She is supported at home by her very patient husband and 3 amazing children, 2 dogs, 5 chickens, 1 gecko, 1 snake and a hamster.
