Jamie Burkitt is an Associate Professor of Clinical Small Animal and Critical Care at the University of California, Davis. Since finishing board certification with the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care in 2005, Dr. Burkitt has worked across the United States in private and university practice. Her professional interests include endocrinopathy in acute and critical illness, prevention of recurrent feline urethral obstruction, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
