Anita Parkin RVN, AVN, VTS (Anesthesia & Analgesia), CVPP

Anita has been a Veterinary Nurse for over 25 years, completing her Surgical and ECC Diploma in 2007. In 2009 Anita became an Accredited Veterinary Nurse through the VNCA and completed her Veterinary Technician Specialty of Anaesthesia/Analgesia in the USA (Recertifying in 2015 and 2019). In 2011 Anita was the first Australian Veterinary professional to pass the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management (IVAPM) exam. In 2018, Anita also joined the BOD and the CPD and Finance committees with the VNCA, and received her RVN in 2019. Her passion lies with anaesthetics, pain management and critical care and obviously her furry four-legged family.
